This innovative integration directly connects the AeroGuest app with Sweeply’s platform, enabling hotel teams to capture and act on guest preferences in real-time — eliminating manual handovers, operational silos, and inefficiencies.

Introducing Green Stay with AeroGuest x Sweeply

Modern guests expect choice and control over their stay. The new Green Stay feature empowers guests to decide whether they want housekeeping during their stay. From the AeroGuest app, guests simply click “Request Cleaning” and are redirected to Sweeply’s Guest Page, where they can customize their housekeeping plan.

Once a guest confirms their preference, the information is automatically:

  • Synced to the hotel’s Property Management System (PMS)

  • Sent directly to Sweeply

  • Triggered as a task for housekeeping staff

All without any manual input from the front desk — no clipboards, no delays, just seamless, automated execution.

Real-Time Guest Service Requests

Beyond housekeeping, guests can submit additional service requests via the AeroGuest app, routed through Sweeply’s digital guest page. Examples include:

  • “Extra pillow” → Task assigned to Housekeeping

  • “Need more towels” → Task assigned to Floor Staff

  • “Bathroom light isn’t working” → Task assigned to Maintenance

  • “Request for a baby crib” → Task assigned to Service Team

Each request flows automatically from AeroGuest to Sweeply’s task management system, ensuring swift action with full operational visibility and zero risk of missed requests.
