Cyber Security Nordic 2022 – event rescheduled to May 

The international professional event Cyber Security Nordic 2022 has been rescheduled from March to May. The two-day event will be held  12–13 May 2022 at Helsinki Expo and Convention Centre. 

The event was to take place 8–9 March 2022. The success of international professional event at that time is challenging due to current restrictions. Many companies still have travel bans in early spring. For this reason, Helsinki Expo and Convention Centre, together with the cooperation partners of the event have decided to reschedule the event to May. 

”The events are very important for professionals within the trade. After a long break, we want to organise a meeting place where the visitors have the possibility to study the development within the branch, new products, and information. We believe that in May professionals will be able to participate in the events and this will enable successful professional events”, says Business Manager Marcus Bergström from Helsinki Expo and Convention Centre. 

The continuously changing situation with restrictions creates uncertainty and is very challenging for event organisers and both companies and individuals participating in trade fairs or conferences. Helsinki Expo and Convention Centre wants to act responsibly and ensure that all its customers have the possibility to fully prepare for the fair and thus secure a commercial success and health-safe participation.

Messukeskus is organising Cyber Security Nordic at Messukeskus Expo and Convention Centre together with the Finnish Information Security Cluster (FISC ry). The strategic partners of the event are Accenture Security, F-Secure, Huawei, Microsoft and Trend Micro. Cyber Security Nordic will now be organized for the fourth time. In 2021, the event was arranged as an online event.
