Woodnotes Celebrates Design and Everyday Beauty at Helsinki Design Week and Habitare 2025
Woodnotes is proud to participate in both Helsinki Design Week and Habitare 2025, presenting two distinct expressions of our design philosophy: timeless material harmony and the quiet power of everyday beauty.
DUETTO 30 YEARS
At Habitare, we are excited to launch the new Duetto Moss rug, designed by Hanna Korvela, in celebration of 30 years of the iconic Duetto. The new Moss colorway—available in Stone-Moss and Natural-Moss—brings a fresh, nature-inspired dimension to the beloved atelier woven rug. The harmonious interplay of tactile paper yarn and soft cotton creates a lively, three-dimensional texture that has made Duetto a cherished part of homes for decades. Duetto Moss will initially be available primarily to our Finnish audience.

You’ll find Duetto Moss and a curated selection of Woodnotes classics at our shared stand with Nikari, 6h50.
Additionally, Woodnotes rugs will be featured in the Naapurit-Neighbours area, offering more opportunities to experience our materials and craftsmanship in different contexts.
COLOURS OF WATER 2025
It ripples, waves, glimmers, glows, refreshes, soothes, vibrates, drizzles…
“I never cease to marvel at the lively surface of water and the different structures it forms,” says Minna Ahokas, designer, Coordinator for Woodnotes’ product development. ”And on the other hand, how water completely changes its form from one season to another. It turns into floating mist and freezes into solid ice.”
Water, in all its different forms, has been the inspiration behind the new Woodnotes 2025 products. Finding the perfect shades of blue was a meticulous process: both the Coast and Horizon collections now feature blue-toned carpets that appear almost alive. Our In/Out carpet collection has also been beautifully complemented with shades of blue.
In addition, at Habitare we’re also showing a brand new k chair colourway “SKY” by Harri Koskinen for our Finnish audience, to complement the 20th anniversary monocolor series “BRICK”, “PARK”, and “CONCRETE” from last year.
