A cost-effective and hassle-free option for participation in Messukeskus events. You can enhance the standard booth with furniture and branding to match your company identity.
Included in booth price:
- Exhibition space
- Walls and fascia panels (either aluminum profile structure + white rigid boards, or standard painted rigid boards)
- Fascia signage or logo (corner booths have signage on both sides; booths without fascia are excluded)
- Floor covering (choice of carpet or roll carpet in various color options)
- Basic lighting: 1 metal halide fixture per fascia meter (corner booths get lighting only on their longest side)
- Erection & dismantling of the stand and initial cleaning

These terms complement the Terms of Participation by Suomen Messut.
- Participation is invoiced before the exhibition, with due date 20 December 2025.
- A “Fair Start” package (including 16A 230V power outlet and electricity usage, visibility & environmental fee) of 670 € will be invoiced to every exhibitor.
- Structures exceeding the standard height of 300 cm are considered advertising space and incur a minimum fee of 470 €.
- For two-story structures, 50 % of the second story area is charged as booth space.
- Visibility and environmental fees of 450 € are charged for additional companies beyond the main exhibitor in shared stands. The exhibitor who reserved the stand is responsible for these fees.
- A 25 € + VAT invoicing surcharge applies if a company’s contact information is modified or if stand rental billing is divided among multiple companies.
- All prices are subject to applicable VAT.
- Please submit orders early: prices increase 40 days before the event.
