Encounters and success at Teknologia 25 – visitor numbers on the rise

The technology and industry event Teknologia 25 showcased the latest innovations in smart and sustainable industry at Messukeskus Helsinki on 4–6 November. Both visitor and exhibitor numbers increased compared to 2023.

Over the course of three days, 13,073 professionals and decision-makers visited Teknologia 25. The exhibition featured more than 400 exhibitors, while the programme included 11 keynote speeches and a total of 140 sessions. Key themes of the event included sustainable industry, technology as an enabler of safety, AI-driven competitive advantage, and hydrogen economy and modern industrial energy solutions.

“The event has been excellent – we’ve had a great balance of quality and quantity among visitors to our stand throughout the fair. The energy on the first day was fantastic, and the quality of visitors on the final day was particularly high. We will definitely return to Teknologia,” said Kim Veng, Head of Sales and Business Development at Lenze.

Lumikko Oy, specialising in thermal management solutions, took part in Teknologia for the first time. The company presented its solutions for the electrification and defence industries and launched new products. Lumikko also represented the new dual-use technologies product group introduced for 2025.

“The fair went extremely well for us, and Teknologia was the right place to launch our new products. We met a large number of visitors and were able to present our solutions to both existing and many new customers. That was our goal, and we achieved it,” commented Mika Sorri, Sales Director at Lumikko.

The Employer of the Future theme brought students and jobseekers together with industry companies and recruiters during the event’s opening day. Eaton, a manufacturer of intelligent power management solutions, gained great value from the recruitment day.

“The event was a great success. During the student day, we met dozens of technology and electrical engineering students from across Finland at the Eaton stand. Overall, we gained excellent visibility and reached hundreds of students and jobseekers,” said Riikka Fagerström, Senior HR Partner at Eaton.

“Based on the discussions during the event, our exhibitors achieved excellent results. It’s very important for us to be at the forefront of the industrial sector – bringing companies together, driving economic growth, and helping businesses connect with the top talent of the future. This year clearly showed that Teknologia is strengthening its position and significance even further,” said Anssi Rajala, Business Manager responsible for the event.
