Aceve Introduces AI-Assisted Mobile Solution for the HVAC Industry – Voice Control Set to Transform Installers’ Daily Work
Aceve, a market leader in software solutions for building services and construction, is launching a new version of its Entre mobile application for the HVAC and electrical industries. The updated solution enables AI-assisted, voice-driven job reporting. The application will be showcased at the Sähkö-Electricity 26 trade fair at Messukeskus Helsinki from April 15 to 17, 2026, at booth 7e120.
Joni Haapamäki, Managing Director at Aceve Finland, calls for a shift from AI rhetoric to concrete solutions. “Artificial intelligence has been discussed for a long time. Now it is time to move from words to action and deliver solutions that genuinely simplify everyday work in the field. The current way of reporting work will inevitably change in the coming years. Voice-Based Job Reporting – No Manual Input Required
With the new mobile application, installers can perform key tasks using voice commands. The system understands any language and enables functions such as customer search, order creation, and the logging of work and materials. The application also utilizes location data to automatically suggest time entries as installers move between job sites. The goal is to reduce manual input and free up time for productive work.
True Productivity Is Created On-Site
According to Haapamäki, the greatest efficiency gains in the industry come from improving everyday routines rather than focusing solely on data-driven management. “Real productivity is created on-site, in tasks that are repeated thousands of times. These are precisely the areas where an AI-powered solution like this can have the greatest impact.”
Aleksi Aaltonen, Product Manager at Aceve, highlights the challenges related to job reporting. “Work entries are often left incomplete or recorded inaccurately, which leads to significant inefficiencies. Our goal is to eliminate this issue by making reporting effortless.”
