ROST Coffee Roastery, located in Lauttasaari, Helsinki, is one of Finland’s best-known small-batch coffee roasteries. The company supplies coffee to more than 200 restaurants and cafés across Finland. The roastery combines high-quality small-batch roasted coffee with professional coffee equipment solutions. All coffees are roasted in Helsinki in small batches following a Nordic roasting style. The selection includes responsibly sourced coffees such as organic and Fair Trade certified options as well as seasonal coffees. The roasting profiles are designed to perform well both as espresso and as filter coffee in the daily operations of restaurants and cafés.
