At the Spring Fair 2026, Finnish startup 3days is presenting pre-assembled emergency supply kits that completely change the way people think about preparedness. The company’s supply kits also function as furniture, so the supplies do not require additional storage space in the cabinets or storage rooms that are already too full anyway. When the supply kit can be proudly displayed at home, the supplies are also always within reach.

According to official recommendations, every household should be able to cope independently for at least 72 hours in case of disruptions, such as power outages, water supply problems or storms. Yet, a large proportion of Finns are not adequately prepared. 3days is responding to this challenge by offering pre-assembled, stylish emergency supply kits that contain food, hygiene products and other equipment that may be needed in various situations.

“We want to make preparing for emergencies as natural as choosing insurance. Preparedness doesn’t have to be complicated or stressful. What’s more, preparing for emergencies can even be a beautiful and practical part of your home,” says 3days founder Vilma Karhu-Jopasin.

3days’ emergency kits are designed to work in both emergency situations and everyday surprises – the company’s founder has used the contents of the kits herself, for example, after a car accident when a family with children couldn’t do their shopping by car, during a prolonged family illness, and to help everyday life run smoothly when moving houses.
