Sindbad Majan brings locally led Oman journeys to MATKA 2027

Sindbad Majan LLC, an Omani-owned inbound Destination Management Company, will participate in MATKA 2027 in Helsinki from 21–24 January and in Matka Workshop Day – Meet the World on 20 January 2027. The company will meet Nordic tour operators and travel partners to discuss tailor-made leisure, cultural and adventure journeys across Oman.

 

Led by a multilingual Omani team with tour-guiding experience, Sindbad Majan combines well-known sights with opportunities to meet local people and discover everyday Omani life. Its itineraries span Muscat, historic villages and markets, the Hajar Mountains, desert landscapes and the coast, as well as Musandam and Dhofar.

 

Journeys can include mountain walks around Jabal Shams and Jebel Akhdar, visits to Nizwa and traditional villages, desert stays and coastal experiences. Programmes are tailored to travellers’ interests and can be arranged for individual travellers, groups and corporate incentives.

 

At MATKA, Chief Executive Officer Khalid Al Aamri and Chief Operating Officer Ammar Alkendi will be available to discuss itinerary development and cooperation with tour operators. Both representatives will also participate in the event’s matchmaking platform.
