Polven Foods introduces two new brands at Gastro Helsinki, developed with a strong focus on quality, consistency, and clear flavor profiles:
Legend Taste — condensed milk and caramel products,
Chef Provans — a range of mayonnaises and sauces for professional and retail use.

Legend Taste

Legend Taste offers condensed milk and caramel fillings with rich taste and stable texture. The products are suitable for bakeries, pastry shops, cafés, HoReCa, and retail.
The range includes classic condensed milk, chocolate, and caramel varieties designed for desserts, baking, and beverages.

Chef Provans

Chef Provans is a modern mayonnaise and sauce brand created as a reliable kitchen solution. Clean flavors, convenient packaging formats, and consistent quality make the products suitable for both professional kitchens and end consumers.
The assortment includes classic and flavored mayonnaises as well as sauces inspired by European cuisine.

Markets and partnership

Legend Taste and Chef Provans products are already available in Latvija and Lithuania.
During Gastro Helsinki, Polven Foods is looking to connect with an experienced Finnish distributor interested in developing these brands in Finland.
