Ready-Made Stand
It is a cost-effective and effortless way to participate in events at Messukeskus. You can enhance the pre-built stand with furniture and branded decorations to create a fully functional and visually appealing space for your company.
The stand price includes:
- Exhibition Space
- Walls and fascia panels made of profile structure (aluminium frame with white hardboard) or standard structure (white-painted hardboard)
- Fascia text or logo on one or both sides for corner stands (not included for stands without fascia)
- Carpet options:
- Fixed carpet: dark green, dark red, dark blue, or grey
- Roll carpet: light grey, cardinal red, dark green, violet, turquoise, brown, fuchsia, white, yellow, black, grey, blue, red, green, beige, navy, graphite grey, orange
- Basic lighting: 1 metal halide light per metre of fascia (for corner stands, only along the longer side)
- Stand assembly, dismantling, and initial cleaning

Event Participation Terms
- Participation Fees and Billing
- Participation will be invoiced prior to the exhibition, with a due date of 20 December 2025.
- Stand Start Fee (including a 16A 230V 3.6 kW power outlet, electricity consumption, visibility, and environmental fee) of €670 is invoiced to each exhibitor.
- Structures exceeding the standard height of 300 cm are considered advertising space and will be invoiced at a minimum of €470.
- Two-story structures: 50% of the stand rent will be charged for the area of the second floor.
- Visibility and environmental fee of €450 will be charged for other companies present on the stand. The exhibitor who booked the stand is responsible for the participation fees of any shared stand.
- Billing and VAT
- A billing fee of €25 + VAT per invoice applies if a company’s contact information is changed or if the stand rental for a shared stand is split among multiple companies.
- All prices are subject to applicable VAT.
- Please place your orders on time, as prices increase 40 days before the event
