Automotive Aftermarket Fair
The Automotive Aftermarket Fair, Finland’s leading event for the automotive repair industry, will once again take place at Messukeskus, Helsinki, on 21–22 May 2027. The event provides automotive repair professionals with valuable insights into the latest industry developments and new products.
The entire industry is well represented at the event, including automotive repair shops, paint and body shops, service stations, collision repair shops, spare parts retailers, as well as educational institutions and industry associations.
Helsinki Expo and Convention Centre organises the Automotive Aftermarket Fair 2027 on behalf of the Finnish Association of Automotive Technical Societies, in cooperation with the KLT Section for Garage Equipment Suppliers of the Association of Technical Trade and the Finnish Central Organisation for Motor Trades and Repairs.

Terms of Participation
These terms supplement the General Terms of Participation of Suomen Messut.
- The Fair Start fee is €670 (incl. a 16A 230V 3.6kW power socket and electricity consumption, visibility fee and environmental fee) and is charged to each main exhibitor.
- Participation fees will be invoiced before the event, with a due date of 13 February 2027.
- Stands must have 2.5-metre-high partition walls defining the stand area.Two-storey structures: 50% of the standard space rental fee will be charged for the floor area of the second storey.
- Other companies participating within a stand will be charged a Visibility and Environmental Fee of €450. The exhibitor who has booked the stand is responsible for the participation fees of all companies on the joint stand.
- An invoicing surcharge of €25 + VAT per invoice applies if the company’s contact details are changed or if the space rental invoice for a joint stand is divided between several companies.
- All prices are subject to the applicable VAT.
- Please place your orders well in advance, as prices increase 40 days before the event.
Please note the following regarding activities and programmes at your stand:
- All stand programmes and other stand-related activities must take place within the boundaries of the stand.
- The maximum permitted sound level at the stand is 75 dB.
- To ensure visitor safety, it is important that activities taking place at the stand, such as throwing objects, do not cause injury to anyone.
