ClickitUp glass railing product family expands – one system from fixed glass railings to height-adjustable windscreens

Acaos Oy will present the expanded Swedish ClickitUp® glass railing product family at FinnBuild 2026. Previously best known for its height-adjustable ClickitUp glass railing, the system now includes fixed glass railings, upgradeable railings, high glass windscreens, and height-adjustable solutions for both open and covered outdoor spaces.

The product family includes CiU Fixed, CiU Flex, CiU Windscreen, ClickitUp Original and ClickitUp Plus. CiU Windscreen and ClickitUp Plus, added to the range around the turn of the year, have expanded the system’s applications particularly for projects requiring high fixed wind protection and adjustable protection for covered terraces.

The idea behind the product family is that different terrace and balcony areas of a building do not need to be solved with separate, unrelated products. A suitable railing or windscreen can be selected from the same system for each application while maintaining a consistent architectural appearance throughout the building.

CiU Fixed is a fixed premium glass railing. CiU Flex can be designed for a possible future upgrade. CiU Windscreen provides high, fixed glass wind protection. ClickitUp Original combines a glass railing with a height-adjustable windscreen, while ClickitUp Plus extends the same principle to covered spaces, where the protection can be raised almost up to the roof structure.

The solutions are dimensioned according to the project, intended use and local wind conditions. This makes the product family particularly relevant for architects and building designers, developers, construction companies, as well as glazing and railing companies that require solutions for different applications while maintaining a visually consistent system.
