The Meteorite House gets a sequel: Kosmos Private Design Resort combines Finnish architecture, music and experiential making

Kosmos Private Design Resort is an ensemble formed by three modern wooden buildings, which offers top Finnish experiences through architecture, music and experiential activities. Packages tailored for international luxury travelers include versatile services from a butler to a private chef and from a natural cosmetics course to a Sibelius concert.

Ulla-Maaria Koivula and Jonathan Hull, who moved from Silicon Valley to North Karelia, see many opportunities in Järvi-Suomi for growing experience and luxury tourism. The complex built by Field Studies Oy is a gem of modern wooden construction in North Karelia, 20 minutes from Joensuu airport and train station.

The high-quality finished complex is suitable for representative events, meetings of management groups, as a meeting place for foreign visitors or for retreats and training events.

The buildings of Kosmos Private Design Resort are ready. Next, service packages sold as part of the whole will be developed. Reservations are being sold for 2025.

Kosmos Private Design Resort, developed in cooperation with Ateljé Sotamaa, combines modern comfort and closeness to nature, offering international guests the opportunity to relax and experience top Finnish experiences in private.

The USVA house has a luxurious setting for accommodation, dining and activities. The UFO house functions as a quiet study or resting place in the forest, and Meteorite’s 12-meter-high space can be used, for example, as a private concert hall. The object is rented to the customer as a whole.
